Good Afternoon Hollywood Park Superstars! Welcome to a new school year! I know that you still have some time off of school but it’s that time of year when all the planning begins for us on site. 

I met with New Hope, our after school care program, this morning and I’m thrilled to tell you that we have a great staff joining us this fall. You should have been notified if your child was accepted in the program. Orientation is Thursday, August 24th from 12-1. A pizza lunch will be served. This is a mandatory meeting!

Kinder Interviews are Thursday, August 17th for all incoming Kinders. This is a chance for you to meet your child’s teacher one-on-one. Kinder Meet and Greet is Thursday, August 24th from 11-12. This is when your child can meet other children that they will attend Kindergarten with.

School begins on Thursday, August 31st at 9:00. Dismissal is at 2:12 on Thursdays only. On Friday, September 1st, students will be dismissed at 3:12. Monday, September 4th is Labor Day and there will be no school.
